An
enterprising Indian who graduated in psychology
from St. Xavier's college, Ahmedabad, Rukhsana
came to Kuwait in '81. She embarked on a secretarial
career for many years before turning her talents
to her favourite hobby, the world of Beauty
and Style. The turning point was a trip to India
in '90 where she did both a Schnell Hans and
a Shahnaz Husain's course. She returned to kuwait
a certified Beautician and started a single
room saloon in her house. Today she moves with
ease and confidence in her large, State of the
Art Saloon and in the competitive world of Beauty
and Hair Care.

Rukhsana
is a thorough professional whose approach is result
oriented. She believes in giving her clients nothing
but the BEST. Her professional, hand -picked staff assit
her willingly in this zealous endeavor. This translates
into a complete picture of not just Beauty and Hair
Care but also Health and Fitness. Excellent International

This talented beautician does not limit her talents
to the narrow confines of her saloon. She strides the
world outside , doing fashion shows in the Embassies,
organising successful spa saloons in Camp Doha, conducting
Professional Beauty and Hairdressing classes in Kuwait,
securing the prestigeous agency of Dr. Schrammek in
Kuwait and the Middle East and acting as Distributor
of Professional Beauty Products. Rukhsana believes in
no full stops and is on the verge of launching a Beauty
Company in Kuwait, called New La Fem Saloon and Beauty
Co. Her future plan? Train male staffs in Hair &
Beauty Treatments and start a branch of Classic La Fem
for Men! |

Rukhsana
is a keen learner, keeps pace with International standards
of Beauty, travelling abroad frequently for Advanced Training
. She attends courses and International exhibitions on Beauty
& Health . She invests in Professional Beauty Products
and Equipments from Germany, Italy, USA, France, UK, Australia
and Herbal & Ayurvedic Products from India. An overseas
member of B.A.B.T.A.C. , Rukhsana has done an Advanced Hairdressing
course from Toni and Guy in the UK and also attended classes
at Great Lengths, Italian Academy. Health, Fitness &
Slimming Advanced Equipments from Italy . She has many certificates
and awards to her credit, accumulated over years of hard
work and travelling across the globe. The culmination was
an extensive interview on KTV 2 in January '01.
